1. About these terms

These terms apply to lessons and services provided by Al-Redwan Online Academy. By booking a trial or enrolling, you agree to them.

2. Free trial class

The free trial is a single introductory lesson offered at no cost and with no obligation to continue. It is normally limited to one trial per student.

3. Lessons and scheduling

Lessons are delivered online, one-to-one, at times agreed between the student and the academy. Students are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device.

Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule so the teacher's time can be reallocated. Repeated missed lessons without notice may not be rescheduled.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, packages and payment schedules are confirmed with you directly before enrolment. Prices are not published on this page and may vary by program and lesson length.

5. Conduct

We ask students and guardians to treat teachers with respect. The academy may suspend lessons in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Cancellation

You may discontinue lessons at any time by informing us. Any refund of unused prepaid lessons will be handled according to the arrangement agreed at enrolment.
